In this presentation, we explore the current features and future developments of our interactive tools—Whiteboard, LiveVoting, and AIChat—within the ILIAS learning platform. We will provide a comprehensive overview of each tool's technical capabilities and user feedback, emphasizing their role in facilitating real-time collaboration in educational environments. A major focus will also be on strengthening community engagement around these open-source tools. We intend to use this opportunity to foster a more organized and active community, which is crucial for the ongoing development and enhancement of these resources. By enhancing real-time collaborative tools, we aim to significantly improve the interactivity and effectiveness of learning experiences on platforms like ILIAS. This session will serve as a vital forum for exchanging ideas, soliciting user input, and strategizing community-led improvements.
