This plugin allows to create and use virtual classrooms in ILIAS with the open source system Big Blue Button.
This software offers:

    Hallo zusammen,

    kleine Info:
    Es gab seit der ILIAS 7.26 Änderungen in der Plugin-Kommunikation, so dass die Breakout-Rooms im Plugin nicht mehr verfügbar waren.
    Wir haben das BBB-Plugin aus diesem Grund gefixt. Es funktioniert nun wieder alles wie gewohnt!

    am 5. Dezember um 10:45 Uhr gibt es einen neuen Workshop zum Thema BigBlueButton und BBB-Plugin, inklusive neuer Features.

    Folgende Neuerungen sind nun mit der Beta-Version möglich:
    - Telefonfunktion aktivieren
    - Hochladen von Präsentationen
    - Mehrere Formate anzeigen
    - Aktivieren des mp4-Downloads (falls vorhanden)
    - Maximale Anzahl der Teilnehmer definieren
    - die maximale Dauer des Meetings festlegen
    - Hinzufügen eines Gast-Links und einer Gast-Seite

    wir haben das Plugin aktualisiert! In der neuen Version wurden viele Bugs gefixt und mit neuen Features erweitert! Das Plugin wurde mit bbb2.3 und ilias7 getestet! Die Beta-version befindet sich auf Github!

    Hallo Zusammen,
    ich hatte das Plugin schon mit 6.1 erfolgreich aktiviert und getestet (23.07.2020). Bei identischer Neuinstallation auf Produktivsystem (30.07.2020) -> Update erforderlich, Plugin lässt sich nicht aktivieren. ? Hat jemand eine Idee?

    Maintenance of the BBB plugin has been taken over by Alexander Löhr from Minervis GmbH, Saarbrücken. Sebastian had left the ILIAS community unfortunately and has to work now with another LMS...

    Hi Sebastian,

    thanks for the great plugin. Unfortunately, the demo-site of BBB shows an error: "String could not be parsed as XML"

    We are using BigBlueButton and are happy with it. There were some issues getting it going, but the people at BBB were very helpful. It works well for our purposes. As for the plug-in itself, it works fine. I don't believe we had any problems getting it installed.
