Unable to set Limited Access dates
    Hi,

I need to import a series of users by setting a date range in the Excel for the validity of the users. Of course I set Unlimited Access as "no".
Unfortunately when I import the file I get the message:
Content "16/05/2020 23:59:59" of element "TimeLimitFrom" is illegal.
Content "30/05/2020 23:59:59" of element "TimeLimitUntil" is illegal.
I set the date as the note says: YYYY-MM-DD
Why does the XML export changes the date format?

    Thank you for your support

Apparently Excel is trolling a bit there.

Please insert: '2020-05-06 in Excel (with apostrophe!), so excel would accept the value as text.

Be aware: for some (probably formatting and time zone) reason ILIAS is changing "2020-05-06" (XML: 2020-05-06 23:59:59) to 2020-05-07 00:00:00. A fix is needed here (next update).

    best,
    Stanislav
