Tasks and responsibilities of the Board

The Board is elected by the General Assembly for a period of two years and works on an honorary basis. In accordance with the by-laws, it is responsible for all tasks that are not assigned to another body (e.g. the Technical Board). The Board also represents the society externally and in legal transactions. The Board delegates the handling of day-to-day business to the Managing Director or the Office.
