The 29th ILIAS Development Conference takes place on

The conference is free of charge. Please register for the session here.
(We need to know at least the approximate number of attendees so we can make reservations for lunch and dinner.)

How to get there?

The conference venue is located in the city center and best accessed by tram or foot. Parking is limited and not free of charge.

By Public Transport:

From the main station:
  • 20min by foot
  • line 7 (to “Kröllwitz”)
  • line 2 (to “Soltauer Str.”)
The tram stop clostest to the conference venue is “Neues Theater” (lines 1, 2, 3, 7, 8).

14. März
Landesmuseum guided tour +  "Zum Schad"

You can participate in a guided tour of the "Landesmuseum für Vorgeschichte" on March 14th, 6.30pm where you can see the well-known "Himmelsscheibe von Nebra" and other exhibits. The tour will be in German. The fee is 12€ per person. Please join till March 1st if you would like to attend:

At 7.00pm we will meet at the american bar-b-que "The One".

The restaurant is close to the conference venue - only 5min by foot.

Further Information

SIG meetings on 14th March in Halle:The meetings will take place at Melanchthonianum, Universitätsplatz 9 , 06108 Halle (Saale). The rooms are located at the main floor and downstairs.
