SignatureCFR21

This plugin is meant to make ILIAS compliant to the requirements of CFR21 (Code of Federal Regulations) Title 21 Part 11 which is an American law for the pharmaceutical sector that requires validation by electronic signature of tests performed by users: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-21/chapter-I/subchapter-A/part-11



However this signature can be used by anyone who needs a stronger validation when a user is finishing a test in ILIAS.



The manifestation of the e-signature according to the regulation cited above provides:



* Name and surname of the signatory (the user completing the test);

* Date and time;

* Meaning (verified, approved, completed, etc.).



This plugin allows the user to receive an OTP code on his email address before the submission of the test.



The user enters the code in a specific field and the system automatically validates its correctness. At that point, the test is actually completed by the current user.



The manifestation of the electronic signature will be present within the test results/training records, visible to both the user taking the test and any tutor/editor.



The record permanently displays these information for each user:



* First name and surname

* Mail

* Test status (completed)

* Date and time of test completion



This electronic signature functionality can be activated by the author in the settings of each test.
