I'd like to introduce a plugin, developed for ILIAS 4.4+ at the University Halle for signing exams.
It uses the free DFN timestamp service and adds a signature, timestamp and a visual mark to the PDFs which are generated when an exam is finished. You can find the Source, a complete ZIP to unzip in the appropriate folder of your installation and further information in this GIT-Repository. A sample PDF (created with a self-signed certificate) is attached.
Best regards,
Christoph Jobst

Signature/Timestamp Plugin for ExamsVersion 0.0.7
- As of today, the plugin provides a new option to define a custom timestamping authority.
- Administrators can insert additional JVM parameters, e.g. to set proxy settings for Java to reach the timestamp server.
- SignPDF.jar uses current versions of itext (5.5.9) and bouncycastle (*-jdk15on-154).
If you encounter bugs or have ideas for features, feel free to add it via the GitHub issue-tracker, create a pull request or mail me.
