When I update my test system (nginx loadbalancer with 1 php-fpm worker) to 5.4.14, then go to setup and apply the hotfixes, the setup ends in a nginx "504 gateway timeout" after 10 minutes. But when I open the setup in another browser, the overview page says that the database is ok and all hotfixes have been applied.
The error log says: "upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream".
Any ideas how to resolve this? How can I tell if my database is ok or not?
