Ticket sales for the 24th International ILIAS Conference on June 5 and 6, 2025 in Berlin are open!

Under the motto "Future Skills with ILIAS: Learning, Networking, Designing," this year’s focus is on innovative teaching and learning formats, data privacy, learning analytics, and creative uses of ILIAS. A very successful Call for Participation is behind us and we have received numerous high-quality proposals. The programme committee is now working at full speed to create an exciting and varied programme and publish it in March.

This year, sustainability is a major focus. The conference will take place in the heart of Berlin, easily accessible by public transport. All participants will receive a 2-day ticket for the Berlin public transport (BVG) with their conference ticket. To further support eco-friendly travel, Deutsche Bahn offers discounted event tickets for domestic travel. On-site, we’ll focus on sustainable catering and waste separation to reduce our environmental footprint.

Those who decide early benefit twice: Early Bird tickets are available at a discounted rate until March 30, 2025. Members of ILIAS open source e-Learning e.V. will receive an additional discount.

Venue & Accommodation

The conference will take place at the Villa Elisabeth in Berlin-Mitte, just a few minutes by tram from the main train station. For participants looking for accommodation, several hotels are available within walking distance. Additionally, a contingent of rooms has been reserved at Numa Berlin, offering the "Numa Arc" and "Numa Boxer" accommodations.
