Call for Papers : Deadline Extended
Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel] - 15. Apr 2016, 22:10
The deadline for submitting proposals for the ILIAS conference in Utrecht has been extended. It is the first that the most important user event of the ILIAS community comes to The Netherlands. Until April 22 everyone is invited to suggest a presentation or workshop for one of the following conference topics:
- Motivating high levels of interaction and communication : In this topic area we are looking for presentations and workshops that show how learners could assume an active role within the learning scenario and be motivated to collaborate and communicate actively among each others.
- Acknowledging learning activities and competences : Here we are interested in all procedures and methods that use ILIAS to identify and document learner activities, skills, abilities and know how.
- Linking systems and applications : Show us in your presentation or workshop how you already couple ILIAS with other software systems to offer your learners access to additional content, tools and ressources.
- E-Learning in the classroom : Here we are looking for practical examples that show ILIAS can be used in daily classroom teaching and training and which e-learning activities can enrich the learning process in the classroom.
- Learning in 2020 : How should training and learning look like in your institution in the year 2020? And which role will ILIAS play in this setting? What has become best practice in the meantime and what might be challenges then?
The call is open until April 22nd, 2016, 12:00 (CEST). More information and the link to the data collection for submitting your proposal is available on the conference website: www.ilias-conference.org/en/call-for-papers-en.html
