Revision of Date Input Fields

1 Requirements

Date Input fields should be revised. The jQUery UI implementation should replace the current Javascript implementation. A usual text input field should replace the drop downs. In this way the required option could easily be introduced for date input without the need of additional checkboxes.
 
We should start with an inventury of the screens that use the current date input implementation. Changes may be necessary for fields that are expected to be mandatory. Also dependent output texts may needed to be changed.
