JF 10 Nov 2014: Module maintainers are responsible to update the SOAP methods, if new features of the component make this necessary. As an alternative they may declare a SOAP method as "deprecated" and list the method under the abandonded features for a release. Like new features these cases must be discussed and decided in the Jour Fixe.
