Very important notes for MySQL 4.1.x users:

If you update from ILIAS 3.4.0 or 3.4.1: Due to a problem in the UTF-8 handling some extra update steps are necessary. Please <b><u>click on this link and follow the instructions</u></b>.

Please note that this release includes a change of the permission settings of tests and surveys. In releases before 3.4.0 it has been possible to access tests and surveys with "visible" permission only. This has been fixed in 3.4.0. Please check if your test and survey objects have set the appropriate permissions.

Release 3.4.6 is a bug fix release and has been published at May 12, 2006.

ILIAS 3.4.6 contains no new features. All features of the 3.4 releases are listed in the 3.4.0 release report.

With this release the maintenance of the 3.4 version comes to an end. If you need an important bug fix, please contact the ILIAS team.
