1. Add User Patch
Some systems produce warnings (related to the strlen function), when a new user is added in the system administration.
The zip file contains one file:Services/User/classes/class.ilObjUserGUI.php
Please backup your current version of this file and copy the patch file to the corresponding directory.

2. Survey delete constraints patch
Deleting survey constraints leads to an error. This is due to a typo in the related code.
The zip file contains one file:class.SurveyQuestion.php
Please backup your current version of this file in Modules/SurveyQuestionPool/classes/class.SurveyQuestion.php and copy the patch file to the corresponding directory.

3. Test certificate output patch
In some test settings it is not possible to get a correct test certificate (e.g. happens for tests with only 1 test pass allowed).
