Style/Template Changes 3.6.x -> 3.7.x

Main menu is not displayed in extra frame anymore
- Due to Accessibility/Scalability reasons, the main menu is not displayed in an extra frame anymore.
- Changes in tpl.main_buttons.html and related styles (il_MainMenu, a.MMInactive, a.MMActive, *.ilLogin)
- Introduced template "tpl.explorer_top.html" which defines the top area of explorer frames

Introduction of xxx_cont.css Style Files
- These style files define common classes used for user content, e.g. category pages.
- Copy the default file delos_cont.css to a file named <your_style>_cont.css in your template directory. Please note that currently the body tag should be specified in both style files (in the system styles file (e.g. "delos.css") and the user content styles file (e.g. "delos_cont.css"))

Colors
- Color changes for better contrast.

New Forum (Thread View) Styles
- blockquote.ilForumQuote, ilForumQuoteHead

New Repository Styles

- div.il_editarea_disabled, a.il_PageDisabled, a.il_PageDeactivatedElements, td.ilc_PageDisabled (These styles are quite important, because they visually identify deactivated pages and page elements.)
